Photonic-Electronic Material Laboratory(PEML) explores silicon-based advanced photonics and electronics that promote the convergence of electronics and optical devices to produce integrated solution for the next generation.
Our focus is silicon materials processing and device engineering for the micron and sub-micron scale device elements for integration with circuit systems. Primary application includes telecommunications, computation, imaging system, advanced display applications.
We are recruiting graduate students who are interested in the research field below.

3. Qualification for Application
- A person who has obtained or is expected to graduate from a bachelor's degree or master's degree in the relevant departments of physics, material science & engineering, electronic engineering
