I am Junseok Park, the Director of the Next-Generation Telecommunications Division at the College of Advanced Innovation and Convergence. Our mission is to lead the way in the exciting field of next-generation telecommunications.
Next-generation telecommunications is a global battleground for securing future technologies. In our hyper-connected society, it plays a pivotal role in connecting people, data, and devices, shaping the world we live in.
We are a consortium of five leading universities (Kookmin University, University of Seoul, Ulsan College, Chonnam National University, and Korea Aerospace University), in collaboration with the city of Gwangju. Together, we are dedicated to offering extensive research opportunities for students.
Our curriculum includes introductory, intermediate, and advanced courses aligned with various USE CASEs in next-generation telecommunications, such as AI-based telecommunications, immersive media, and autonomous vehicles. Our goal is to equip students with practical experiences and expertise across diverse industries, fostering innovation in quantum security and next-generation telecommunications.
