 Kookmin University holds an all-staff workshop every academic year to conduct various trainings and improve organizational culture. 

 In the 2023 academic year, the all-staff workshop was held on December 21, 2023 (Thursday) at [the Paraspara Hotel].

The contents of the training were as follows

1. Kookmin University's plan for sustainable university development

2. Efforts to improve the university's organizational culture

3. Training on university policies for equity, diversity and inclusion

4. Workplace harassment prevention training
